Westrano Facilities (Pty) Ltd is a Cape Town-based facilities management and property services company. We look after commercial and office buildings on behalf of owners and tenants — cleaning, maintenance, security coordination and the day-to-day running that keeps a property working. Westrano Facilities exists to take the daily burden of a building off its owners and occupants. We are a private company (proprietary limited) registered with the CIPC under 2022/228165/07 and registered for VAT. The business is directed by David Isaacs and Fatima Adams, and is built on vetted, trained staff and clear service standards.

We work to documented scopes and checklists, so that "the building is being looked after" is something a client can see evidence of rather than simply hope for.

We act as the single point of responsibility for the running of a property, coordinating the cleaning, maintenance, security and supplier relationships so the client deals with one team rather than many. The emphasis is on prevention — catching the small issue before it becomes an expensive one.

Cleaning and hygiene

A clean building is the most visible sign that a property is well run. We provide scheduled office and common-area cleaning, washroom hygiene, and periodic deep cleans, worked to a checklist and supervised rather than left to chance. Products and methods are chosen to be effective and, where possible, kinder to the environment.

04 — Maintenance

Maintenance and technical

We keep the fabric and systems of a building in good order through planned, preventive maintenance and prompt response to faults. Routine checks on lighting, plumbing, air-conditioning and general repairs are scheduled and logged; urgent issues are triaged quickly and the right trade brought in. Every job is recorded, so there is a clear history of what was done and when.
